This is an opportunity to let your imagination run wild and work with me to create a magical experience. With a bit of costuming and photoshop magic, we can create a unique experience your child will never forget.
Clients can borrow from my client costume closet, bring their own, or we can work to find the perfect costume together.

The Process
purchasing your session and collection with Jodi Walsh Photography
Step 1
the session fee
To book your session, first, pay the session fee and sign the digital contract. Once that's completed we'll finalize the details for your session- date, time, location, and style
Step 2
the planning
Time to make magic. We'll discuss your vision and how to make it happen. Find the perfect location. Gather props and accessories.
Then we create!
Step 3
the slideshow
After your session is complete and your gallery is edited, you'll be invited to watch your slideshow. Here you can see all of the images that will make up your final gallery. Feel free to ooh and aah and enjoy every moment
Step 4
the collection
After watching your slideshow, it's time to purchase your collection. Each collection includes a number of digital files for you to keep, print, and share.
A la carte products are not available until after a collection is purchased.
All clients have the option to upgrade collections from their personal gallery store.

What's included?
- a pre-session planning consult by email, phone, or video
- 1 to 2 hours of on-location portrait photography for just the kids or the whole family.
- a slideshow, set to music, of your entire session gallery to view before selecting your collection.

After viewing the slideshow, clients choose to purchase digital images as part of a collection.
Each collection offers a number of digital files to keep and print your images for personal use.

the general info
- Session Length: 1-2 hours.
With creative sessions, I encourage clients to bring an extra outfit. This way we can plan to spend the bulk of the session on the creative part of the session but still have the option of some time for a few nice portraits.

Common Questions
When are mermaids available?
July and August
Mermaids need warm weather so creative sessions with the mermaid tales are only available for dates in July and August.
What outfits do you have?
I have a creative closet that has a variety of different outfits.
- Several styles of princess dresses from 2T up to size 14/16
- Jedi-style cloak
- poodle skirt
- Dr. Strange-style costume
- Fairy wings
These are just the outfits that I've gathered over the years. I also have access to other options available to rent. And I love a creative challenge. Share your ideas and we'll see what we can come up with together.
How should we prepare?
Have fun. This is so important This session is meant to be fun and creative and playful. Encourage your child to imagine and pretend. Twirls are encouraged!
