Senior year is crazy-busy with so many things to do and celebrate. And one of the first items on the to-do list is to plan and schedule your senior portrait session! Whether you just need a photo for the yearbook or are looking for a fun experience you'll always remember, I'm right here to help with planning and creating beautiful portraits to document this special milestone.

I've learned in a short time that seniors all see their senior portrait experience in completely different ways and so I like to give my senior clients options. Some seniors want multiple outfits and locations (the letterman jacket at the stadium and the dress with the fancy shoes downtown by the Benedum Center) to showcase their style or achievements. Some seniors just really want a couple of nice portraits without a ton of fuss. My senior clients have the option to choose a full session with multiple locations and outfits or a mini session with enough time for one location and two outfits. Keep scrolling for more details.

what to expect
Senior clients can expect 2 to 3 hours of on-location portrait photography. During the planning, we'll discuss location options and outfits as well as any special, unique-to-you images we want to capture.
Sessions are relaxed with no pressure to perform but always with a little guidance to help you look your best in front of the camera. During session planning, I'll share some resources to give you ideas and helpful tips for being in front of the camera. Then, I always start my sessions with a little posing 101 talk for your session, and during your session, I'll be guiding you. All my seniors find their way and look amazing in their images!

what happens next?
Your client gallery will be ready approximately two weeks after your portrait session (you can expect to receive email updates on the editing progress).
Clients will receive an email invitation to view their gallery slideshow. All portraits are presented in the brief 2-3 minute slideshow. After viewing the slideshow, choose and purchase the collection that best meets your needs and budget. All collections include a set number of digital files with a release for you to keep, print, and share at your convenience.
A la carte products are only available after purchasing a collection.

I know how uncomfortable it can feel in front of the camera, so my sessions are always relaxed with no pressure to perform. I'll be sharing tips and resources for posing naturally as you prepare for the session, and during your session, I'll be guiding you so that you look your best. Trust me

Hey Seniors!
Whether you're a current Junior or Senior, it's always a good time to start planning for senior portraits. You can jump right in and start the booking process or just reach out for more information.

- For full sessions, expect your session to last 2 to 3 hours. The length of the session is closely tied to the number of outfits and locations. I'll create a session plan that will serve as a guide so we make the best use of our time! I also bring a changing tent to all my sessions to make outfit changes a bit easier.
- For mini senior sessions, expect your session to last about 1 hour. We will typically have enough time for 2 or 3 outfits and I bring a changing tent with me to make those changes a bit easier.
- Styling and Makeup:
You have your own style and I know what looks great on camera. We'll work together to find outfits and locations that fit to create amazing images that are uniquely YOU! (And Pinterest boards are always welcome for sharing ideas). Please email or text me photos of your outfits when you have them planned so that I can start visualizing your sessions. We can also plan a video chat to discuss outfit and accessory options. And while I don't provide hair and makeup, I'm happy to recommend some talented makeup artists and stylists if needed. - Pets are always welcome- just let me know so that we can make a plan to include them.
- Looking for a more adventurous flare to your session- an out-of-the-way location? a couture gown? Just let me know your ideas and I'll do all that I can to make them come to life. I love getting creative with my senior images!
