Get Ready Pittsburgh Seniors!

2017 was a very good year for Jodi Walsh Photography! There were several new projects over the course of the year as well as the continuation of other projects. I think the most surprising development for me was my entry into the world of Pittsburgh senior photography. Looking back, it makes sense that seniors would evolve out of my tween and teen photography. What surprised me most, was how much I enjoyed working with these seniors! They were smart and engaging and so comfortable in front of the camera! It seriously made my job super easy.

Maggie wanted her session in the city and she might have been my luckiest client this season. We couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous November day. It was sunny and warm and the light was amazing!!

• Location: Pittsburgh- Strip District, North Shore

We started her session down in the Strip District.

Check out those amazing eyes!!!  Simply gorgeous!

 

Then it was time for an outfit change in addition to a location change.  We headed over to the North Shore trail where there was still plenty of color in the leaves and the most beautiful golden light you could imagine.

 

This might be my favorite shot from her session.  I love how you see Pittsburgh with the hazy golden bridge in the background but the city isn’t competing with Maggie.
