I’ve mentioned before how as a photographer, I get to document changing kids and families.  This is definitely something that I love being a part of.  My background is in fine art and I spent a lot of my time focused on portrait drawing- seeing the changes in faces, the color variations in the eyes, and of course, how light affects how you see a face.  Even though I now use a camera instead of a pencil, I still find myself studying the faces of my clients.  It’s even more fascinating when you get to see those drastic changes that happen over the first year.

This little baby boy is special because he’s my second Fresh48 baby and he’s already 6 months old!   I’m right there with his mama, just amazed at how fast time passes.  Now, this little one is sitting up and getting ready to explore more and more of his world.  You can see the curiosity in those big bright eyes.

But don’t let that serious face fool you, he was quite smiley, especially watching his goofy big sister!
